This Return & Refund Policy applies to all products purchased through Verozo. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase.
1. Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. If 30 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

The item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

Product Condition Note: Items must show no signs of wear, installation, misuse, or alteration to qualify for a refund.

All accessories, manuals, tags, and original components must be included.

You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-returnable items: Gift cards, personalized/custom-made items, and final sale items.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
3. Return Process
To start a return, please follow these steps:

Step 2: If your return is accepted, we will provide you with return instructions and the appropriate return shipping details.
Step 3: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and attach any required return label before shipping.
4. Return Shipping Fee & Restocking Fee
Defective/Damaged Products: If the item is defective, incorrect, or damaged during shipping, we will cover the return shipping cost.
Customer Remorse: If you ordered the wrong item or no longer want the product, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated by our support team.
Restocking Fee: We do not charge a restocking fee on returns.

6. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to complete the refund process.
7. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the original item first. Once your return is accepted, you may place a separate order for the replacement item.
